The Director has an ‘open door’ policy for staff, parents and care givers at all times.

We would always rather you discussed any concerns or suggestions you have rather than not saying anything. Our goal is to make Whippersnappers the best we can be. At Whippersnappers Early Learning Centre your child’s well-being, safety and happiness are paramount.

Please feel free to discuss anything at anytime with the Director or Supervisor. Your feedback will be welcomed and will be dealt with the utmost of professionalism. Every complaint and suggestion will be taken very seriously.
